Honesty
Not every learning solution is a good idea. If we think there's a better way, we will tell you. Even if it means the project runs shorter, we'll ideate with you to design the best approach.
No patronising
Cartoons belong in children's books, not in professional learning. If someone feels patronised, they'll shut down and won't engage with the content. We prioritise design that creates a meaningful connection.
Collaborative creation
We like to work in a way where everyone's opinion is valid, and we believe that a balanced discussion is what creates the best outcomes. As the saying goes: teamwork makes the dream work.
